Hunter Legacy 100 Fund

Hunters The Hunter Legacy 100 Fund is the first high level recognition program to be launched under the new major charitable giving program for SCIF. It will represent a distinguished group of 100 dedicated "Friends of the Foundation" who share a common goal: to elevate their individual investment in the future of worldwide wildlife conservation and outdoor education through the SCIF.

The intent of the Hunter Legacy 100 Fund is to attract individuals that have the ability, interest and linkage to the SCIF mission. It will also serve as a means to establish donor trust and provide donors with the opportunity to play an active role in building the SCIF charitable giving program.

This exclusive charitable giving program will provide 100 individuals with the opportunity to be recognized as leaders of SCIF, to assist with building the SCIF endowment, and to allow individual donors to pass on a legacy that will endure over time. Furthermore, the 100 partners will play a pivotal role in creating a new source of funding to support new and existing SCIF mission programs.

To kick off funding support for the endowment the Board created the Hunter Legacy 100 Fund. "Friend of the Foundation" who invest in the Hunter Legacy 100 Fund will be able to direct their gift to approved project-specific mission program within SCIF. These first 100 donors to invest $100,000 in the Hunter Legacy 100 Fund as an endowed gift will serve as the founders of a dynamic, mission-driven program aimed at furthering the values of SCIF. The initial goal will be to generate $10 million over the next two years in support of the SCIF mission. Ultimately, this program will help position SCIF in the minds of charitable donors and set the stage for building the SCIF endowment.

With support from the Executive Director, Director of Development, and the SCIF Board of Directors, this program will engage individuals who have the ability and interest to invest $100,000 or more in SCIF. Contact the Director of Development with any further questions on this program.
